1. Registration Fee

Annual registration fee must be paid to obtain membership of the organization.

Registration fees must be paid only through the official website or mobile app online payment system (UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.).

2. Refund Policy

Within 48 hours of paying the registration fee, if a member is not satisfied with the organization's service, they may request a refund. Refund requests will be considered as per the organization's terms and verification process.

After the 48-hour period, the registration fee paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Registration Process

All new registrations, profile updates, and renewals must be done only through the organization's official website.

4. Profile Search Facility

Profiles can be searched on the website or mobile app based on age, height, education, occupation, job, Mangal status, district, taluka, native village, religion, caste, and other criteria.

5. Additional Charges

Lagna Vishesh Matrimonial Services does not charge any additional fee after marriage is finalized. If anyone demands extra money in the name of the organization, please contact the organization immediately.

6. Profile Update Facility

Members may update profile information, photographs, and other details as required by logging into their profile.

7. After Marriage Finalization

If your marriage is finalized through the organization or through any other medium, please inform the organization immediately.

8. Verification of Information

Independent verification of each profile provided by the organization is the responsibility of the concerned member and their parents/guardians. Complete inquiry of the profile should be done online and offline before taking a final decision. A final decision should be taken only after full satisfaction. No decision should be taken in haste.

9. No Guarantee of Marriage

Lagna Vishesh Matrimonial Services only provides a matrimonial introduction platform. The organization does not guarantee that any member's marriage will be finalized within a specific period or that marriage will definitely take place.

10. Responsibility of Decision

While selecting a match, the final decision should be taken only after proper consideration of the person's educational qualification, occupation, financial status, health, family background, expectations, and other necessary factors.

11. Misuse of Information

Misuse, commercial use, or sharing with third parties of any information, contact numbers, photographs, or personal details obtained from the organization is prohibited. If such misuse is found, the membership of the concerned member may be cancelled without prior notice and legal action may be taken if necessary.

12. Age Limit

Only members eligible for marriage under Indian law may register.

• Women: Minimum 18 years completed
• Men: Minimum 21 years completed

13. Divorced Members

Members whose divorce proceedings are ongoing or who are awaiting final judgment may register by providing accurate information about their current marital status. If false information is provided, the concerned member shall be fully responsible.

14. Overseas Members

Indian or overseas-residing members may register with the organization if they are legally eligible to marry under the laws of their country as well as Indian laws.

15. Use of Information for Promotion

Photographs or information from member profiles may be used wholly or partly for the organization's services, advertisements, and promotions. Personal information will be kept confidential as far as possible.

16. Profile Deletion Rules

Requests to delete a profile will not be accepted during the first 3 months after the profile becomes active. Thereafter, members may contact the organization to request profile deletion.

18. Closing Profile After Marriage

After your marriage is finalized or completed, you must inform the organization immediately so that your profile can be removed from the website.

19. Incorrect Information

All information provided by members at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. If false or misleading information is found, the organization reserves the right to cancel the concerned profile without prior notice.

20. Rights of the Organization

For reasons of service quality, security, or legal requirements, the organization reserves the right to make necessary changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms shall apply to all members once published on the website.
