परतावा धोरण (Refund Policy)

  1. ट्रायल प्लॅन (Trial Plan) किंवा ₹३९९ प्लॅनसाठी परतावा लागू नाही. या प्लॅनसाठी भरलेले शुल्क अपरतनीय (Non-Refundable) राहील.
  2. नोंदणी शुल्काचा भरणा केल्यानंतर ४८ तासांच्या आत, संस्थेची सेवा समाधानकारक वाटत नसल्यास सदस्य परताव्यासाठी (Refund) विनंती करू शकतात.
  3. परताव्याची विनंती करण्यासाठी सदस्यांनी ४८ तासांच्या आत संस्थेच्या अधिकृत WhatsApp क्रमांक 9834211356 वर खालील माहिती पाठवावी:
    • पूर्ण नाव
    • नोंदणीकृत मोबाईल क्रमांक
    • व्यवहार (Transaction) आयडी / पेमेंटची पावती
    • परताव्याचे कारण
  4. प्राप्त झालेल्या विनंतीची पडताळणी केल्यानंतर, पात्र असल्यास परताव्याची प्रक्रिया संस्थेमार्फत सुरू करण्यात येईल. परतावा मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीद्वारे किंवा संस्थेने मान्य केलेल्या इतर माध्यमातून करण्यात येईल.
  5. पेमेंट झाल्यानंतर ४८ तासांचा कालावधी पूर्ण झाल्यानंतर प्राप्त होणाऱ्या कोणत्याही परताव्याच्या विनंत्या स्वीकारल्या जाणार नाहीत. अशा परिस्थितीत भरलेले नोंदणी शुल्क अंतिम व अपरतनीय (Non-Refundable) राहील.
  6. परताव्याचा अंतिम निर्णय संस्थेच्या नोंदी, व्यवहाराची पडताळणी आणि लागू अटी व शर्ती यांच्या आधारे घेतला जाईल.

Refund Policy

  1. Within 48 hours of paying the registration fee, if a member is not satisfied with the organization's service, they may request a refund.
  2. To request a refund, members must send the following information to the organization's official WhatsApp number 9834211356 within 48 hours:
    • Full name
    • Registered mobile number
    • Transaction ID / payment receipt
    • Reason for refund
  3. After verification of the received request, if eligible, the refund process will be initiated by the organization. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or through other means approved by the organization.
  4. Refund requests received after the 48-hour period from the date of payment will not be accepted. In such cases, the registration fee paid shall be final and non-refundable.
  5. Refund is not applicable for the Trial Plan or ₹399 plan. The fee paid for this plan shall be non-refundable.
  6. The final decision on refunds will be based on the organization's records, transaction verification, and applicable Terms & Conditions.
